The other day someone on the Yoga Forum asked if I could make a yoga video that focused on leg strengthening. Well, ask and you shall receive, my friends!
This video is a ten minute yoga sequence with leg strengthening in mind. Will it build serious muscle? No, I think hitting the gym will be a better bet if you're looking to build muscle. Will it test your legs and help build strength? Yes. We'll work the quads, hamstrings, and inner thighs. As always, move within a pain-free range, and take breaks when needed.
