Well, being that most of us are practicing social distancing, I’m happy to finally get another YouTube video up (be sure to check out our membership option, if you want longer, full class yoga videos). This yoga and stretching video is great for those of you dealing with hip issues. Whether it’s tightness or just mild chronic pain, this video may be really helpful. We start with a breathing exercise, and then go into glute activating exercises before slowing it down with hip opening stretches.
