Good morning, friends! Welcome to week 3 of the 28 day Backbend Project! How's it going for you? Are you ready to get a bit deeper this week?
I've been incorporating more back-bending and heart opening into my personal practice, and I feel really good about it. I feel like my chest is opening up, and since I'm incorporating the back-bending into many of my arm balances, I feel my upper body strength is improving as well. How about you? How's it going?
This week's suggested schedule is below. Remember, it's just a suggestion, and I encourage you to modify it to fit your needs, energy level, and ability. I always want these projects to be something fun that you look forward to - so approach each day without any expectations and just let the practice unfold naturally, allowing whatever you're able to do be enough.
