We're in week 2 of the heart-opening backbend project. Tell me, how's it going for you? This week we are continuing with hip flexor, chest and shoulder openers with some total body practices sprinkled in to balance things out.
Remember, the schedule is just a suggested guide. You're encouraged to modify as necessary for the amount of time and energy you have, as well as your experience level. Skip over the poses that are out of reach and spend more time in things that resonate with you.
