Let's hear it for Friday! There was a gorgeous sunrise this morning, but now it's turned cloudy, so I'm settling in for the day with my new book and some chicken soup from yesterday. Here's a yoga video I put together that targets the whole body in just ten minutes. The sequence calms the mind, and strengthens the legs, arms, and back. It works the core with a short plank sequence, and aims to improve flexibility with poses like downward facing dog, three legged dog, triangle pose and warrior one and two.
