As some of you could probably tell from recent posts, I haven't been doing so well. At first, I thought it was no big deal - just stress - but I'm finding that I'm struggling to do everyday things. As it turns out, stress has a major impact on the physical body and I've seen a couple different doctors in the last few weeks to address various things that've come up. After being poked and prodded, it was determined that I need to lower my stress levels because it's causing physical things to spring up - namely, pain and inflammation. The whole ordeal has made me feel anxious and irritable, and it's triggering depression, which is something I've struggled with in the past and take very seriously. I feel like it's affecting my physical and mental health and impacting my life to the point that I'm feeling pretty awful.
So I'm going to take some time to myself to recharge, de-stress, and try to get myself together. It'll be kind of quiet around this little corner of the internet for the next full week, but I'm hoping to be back on Monday, July 27th feeling brighter and healthier.
