My friend and I went out to dinner to celebrate my birthday before I left for the Cayman Islands, and she gifted me this super cozy, super subtle white and pale yellow tie dye set. I’d mentioned I was really feeling the tie dye trend that’s upon us (and that I predict will be even louder and more prominent come spring), and she was like, “I think this set is a good way to ease into the trend without it being too loud or crazy.”
Unfortunately, in the pics here, it’s really hard to tell that it’s tie dye because it truly is really subtle, but I tried to capture it here for you to see. Each piece from this company is hand dyed, so it’s completely unique to you, which I thought was so cool.
When I fly, I want to be cozy, so this is definitely my new go-to travel outfit. The top and the bottoms fit true to size - I’m in an XS - but if you wanted a more loose, oversized fit, I’d suggest sizing up one size.
I wore a blank tank underneath just because when I travel, I feel like I’m either freezing cold or sweating profusely - there is no in-between!
This photo gives you a little better idea of the subtlety of the tie dye print. I also love that the pants have pockets (why do pockets make everything better?!). I paired the look with Off-White runners that I got for Christmas, and an old Balenciaga bag.
Some other tie dye options I’m into, in case you’d like to try the trend:
This loud tee, on sale for $34
This oversized long sleeve, on sale for $58
This muted sweater, $98
This tie-dye pj jumpsuit, $85
Are you into the trend?!
