I am feeling really thankful for all the travel I've been able to do the past few weeks, and all the upcoming plans as well. (Side note, if you're in/near Miami or Jacksonville, Florida, I'll be in the area in November and would love to put together a workshop. If you know of a space, get in touch!)
It was a yoga filled weekend and I loved every minute. I started the weekend out in my old stomping ground of Wolfsburg, Germany where I welcomed new faces and old to three workshops taught in the area.
It's just a four hour drive from the Czech Republic to Germany, and while there's a lot I miss about Germany, the autobahn is at the top of the list!
At the first class, I set up my camera to film the class and make a time lapse video. Even though the battery died 30 minutes in, I edited the video anyway, and you can check it out below.
In the afternoon, I taught two other classes - one for beginners and one for advanced. We had a nice time, and I got to meet some lovely people. Thanks for coming out, everyone!
Sunday was a rainy day, so we headed to the gym in the morning and then spent the rest of the day at home catching up on Orange is the New Black, which we just started after reading the book. I've been working on pressing up to handstand and it is a slow process, but I'm sort of loving it. It's a nice ego killer to have to work really freaking hard, shake, fall and then try again. I'm really loving the process, actually.
Let's talk What are you working on in your practice? Do you enjoy the challenges? How was your weekend?
