New year, new endeavors! We’re psyched to announce we are now offering Namaslay® Studios Online Memberships through YouTube. I wanted to offer this option for a couple reasons. I deepened my own education tremendously in 2019. I finished my own 300hr Yoga Teacher Training program, and became an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. In addition, I studied and passed the Certified Personal Training Course offered by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Armed with new tools, knowledge, and a reignited passion for health and wellness, and coupled with my excitement in opening the brick and mortar Namaslay® Studios, I decided to create a more strategic approach to content creation for online members.
How does it work?
You’ll click the link and hit “Join.” You’ll be presented with two membership options. Each option will receive exclusive monthly videos posted on the 1st of each month in the Community Tab. These videos will be exclusive the the members and not posted anywhere else. Also in the Community Tab, you can leave me feedback and let me know what you’d like to see the following month. You will always have access to the videos. So, say you join in January, and then February rolls around. You’ll still have access to January’s content in February, and moving forward.
What types of videos are included?
Yoga: They will always be 60 minute videos. Never shorter. More about the specific styles below.
Workouts: Unless I have a number of people asking for more CrossFit style workouts, they will be geared towards beginners with options for how to progress and make it more challenging, or regress and make it less challenging. They will, unless I have a number of people asking for a different style, be workouts that you can do at home with minimal equipment (a resistance band or kettle bell, or light dumbbell).
Guided Meditation: These will have different themes each month, and I’ll try to connect them to something applicable for that month. For example, in January, the guided meditation is a beautiful one (it’s actually one of my favorites!) about trusting your own inherent wisdom. I thought it would be particularly applicable for the New Year, when people tend to go out in a search for overall improvement in their lives as they set resolutions.
What are the two membership tiers?
Namaslay® Basic, $9.99/mo. Each month on the first, you’ll get:
One 60 minute yoga video - It will generally be a vinyasa style yoga video.
One workout video - As mentioned above, it will generally be a workout you can do at home with minimal equipment.
One guided meditation video - As mentioned above, the themes and styles will vary based on the month.
Namaslay® Premium, $19.99/mo. Each month on the first, you’ll get:
Four 60 minute yoga videos - Two will be vinyasa and a bit more athletic. One will be either restorative or yin, which is great for flexibility and de-stressing. One will be something appropriate for an active rest day like hatha or foundations.
Two workout videos - As mentioned above, they’ll generally be workouts you can do at home with minimal equipment.
One guided meditation video - As mentioned above, the themes and styles will vary based on the month.
What’s the difference between the YBC® App Exclusive Section and Namaslay® Studios Online?

nearly all of my personal workouts which consist of a written post of the movements, and a demo video shot with my phone at the gym, as I was doing the workout. They’re not appropriate workouts for total beginners.
a monthly 14, 21, or 30 day program which will look like a calendar with links to past yoga or workout videos. The content there isn’t new, but the guide is exclusive to you, and it’s a great way to move through a program strategically without having to come up with your own training plan.
once in a while I will share personal blog posts and exclusive podcasts on my life or entrepreneurial side of my business.

one 60 min yoga video for lowest tier, and four 60 min yoga videos for highest tier. The videos will always be 60 minutes, never less.

In my opinion, the App is best for people who have been working out for a while and have access to a gym. These are people who are looking to build strength. The App will also be good for people looking for a monthly program they can follow to help keep them on track each month with a consistent movement practice. The App will also be of interest to people who are really interested in my life/work, as I sometimes share exclusive podcasts or blog posts there as well.
Namaslay® Studios Online Membership will be best for someone who is really trying to be a bit more serious about their yoga practice, as the majority of the content there is longer yoga videos. It’ll also be ideal for someone looking to either begin a workout practice, or someone who wants to strategically use working out as a complement to the yoga practice. This will also be appropriate for people wanting to either begin their meditation practice, or who wants to try different style of meditation.
Are you going to stop offering your regular YouTube videos?
No, the YBC® channel will remain the same. There will be new weekly content uploaded per usual, but it will remain the same style - for the most part, shorter videos, on different themes.
