Motivation Monday is a weekly series on YBC® where we'll unveil that week's podcast episode of Namaslay® with YogaByCandace®, a few inspirational uplifting or interesting bits from around the web, and new books, finds and other goodies our team is loving.
This week has been so nice! I’ve been back home and in my routine of working, teaching yoga, exercise, and playing with Buckles. We had some great yoga and strength classes at Namaslay® Studios and capped it all off with a Self Care Workshop, where I led a Yoga Nidra guided meditation and Namaslay® YTT graduate and music therapist Jenelle Bleiler led a sound bath with singing bowls and tuning forks. It was the perfect balance of education and relaxation, and I went home feeling calm and restored. I’m getting ready to head out for the Namaslay® Fall Yoga Workshop Tour across the Midwest where I’ll debut my newest workshops this week, and then it’s off to Europe for a Yoga Retreat in Santorini and a Personal Growth and Yoga Retreat in Bolzano. There’s still time to meet up with me on the road!
Season 5, Episode 3 of the Namaslay® podcast features an interview with Dr. Neil Nathan. Dr. Nathan is a Board-Certified Family Physician, and a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine.
