This was my second time to visit Kenya at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, and it was fantastic. We had yoga (with elephant and giraffe onlookers) the most beautiful fresh homemade meals in the bush, amazingly informative safari guides that you’ll want to take home forever, and the most memorable visit to the town of Nanyuki. Today, I’m sharing some photos and a video from the trip below, and if you’re an App subscriber, be sure to check the exclusive section later today - I will be sharing more pics on our App!

Lauren and I are off to Zurich, Switzerland for the first stop of the Namaslay® European Yoga Workshop Tour, then home for another class as part of my 500hr YTT, and then it’s time for Namaslay® YTT Santorini! There are still spots left if you’d like to join the workshops or the 200hr YTT training.
