This week's yoga video is a ten minute guided meditation and gentle yoga stretch in created in partnership with SpeedoFit. They sent their new Gym2Pool line of athletic wear designed for SpeedoFit, which I'm wearing in the video. You can check out more about the line here. The line is fantastic because it's designed to take you straight from dry-land exercises like yoga to the pool. While I'm leading this yoga video from a paddle board, rest assured that you can do this straight from the comfort of your home (although water yoga is super fun and a bit more challenging than practicing on dry land). This video begins with a guided meditation for total relaxation. It's excellent for relieving stress and anxiety. After the meditation, we begin a gentle total body yoga stretch that's perfect to do if you're feeling tight through your hamstrings, hips, and upper body as well. Thanks for practicing with me!
