Hey, friends. Today I'm comin' atcha to drop a 60 minute full yoga practice that starts off as a vinyasa flow and then slows it down for some deep low back and hamstring work. It's kind of the best of both worlds which is why I love it and I hope you will, too. This is only the second 60 minute yoga class I've got on the YBC YouTube channel (here's the first), but we just hit 40,000 subscriber this past weekend so I thought I'd do a little something special to celebrate.
