I finally filmed a foam rolling video for you all! Foam rolling is an absolute game changer if you’re experiencing tightness or restriction through your muscles. I strongly recommend a quick passthrough of your entire body before and after working out (or upon waking up and before going to sleep).
Often, people ask me what foam roller I recommend. I actually don’t have a favorite brand, but I personally prefer a high density foam roller because you’ll get a good amount of pressure and I like that the pressure is distributed evenly. Some parts of the body are really challenging to foam roll, like the peroneals (the muscles that run along the lateral side of the lower leg). For that area, I love this stick - don’t compromise by getting a cheaper one by another brand - I have tried so many and this is the absolute BEST.
