While letting my shoulder heal up, hiit workouts that focus on the lower body have been my go-to style for the last few weeks. I always forget how effective bodyweight hiit workouts are. You truly do not need any equipment or anything in order to get a good sweat going.
In today's workout, I designed a quick, yet effective hiit workout that consists of three rounds of ten reps: Burpees, air squats and butt kickers.
