In today's Beauty Files post, I'm sharing two products I got from iHerb, which is a company I love shopping from because their loyalty program is unreal. They sell everything from health food to natural beauty products to supplements, and their prices are always lower than my local health food store. Then, you get 5% of your purchase back to put towards a future purchase. Typically I will use it to stock up on kitchen staples like quinoa, granola, and protein shaker bottles, but this time around I chose two natural make-up products.
First, I created a daytime subtle smokey eye look with this tri-color espresso palette. I love a smokey eye and I've been trying to steer in the direction of cleaner make up, so I gave it a shot. I was happy with it for a daytime look, although I think it should be said that it's definitely not the most pigmented product, and I didn't feel like it was that buildable, so if you're into a semi-sheer smokey look, this is a winner. If you want something with more pigment, I'd pass on this.
Then, to top it off, I used a blush from iHerb. I chose a warm, light pink tone by Honeybee Gardens. I really did like this blush. It's highly buildable, so a little goes a long way (or if you're prepping for an 80s party, pile it on for best results!).
I also used this spray to wet the brush and to set the make up. Check out the video below and the products below that and let me know your thoughts!
