I always love hearing about the items that people use and love, so I made a list myself, asked my team to share theirs, and asked YBCers on the ‘gram to share theirs and have compiled a series of lists here. I hope it helps you this holiday season when thinking about the perfect gift for your loved ones (or yourself, just sayin’).
Top Beauty Products in 2019
Good Behavior Smoothing Spray, $31.99 - When I first saw this, I thought, ‘How much of a difference can this actually make?’ Well, after one use I am a complete convert. You spray it while hair is damp, and after blow-drying, it is smooth, controlled, and shiny. I absolutely love it. -Candace
Beach Club Texture Spray, $33.88 - I love using this stuff the day after sleeping in French braids, to add texture and control to my crimps. It also works well to add texture and dimension on days when your hair is a little messy. Spritz, squeeze your hair, and go. - Candace
Watermelon Glow Face Mask, $24.00 - I’ve been crazy about this mask all year. It’s a sleep mask, so you put it on before bed, and you wake up with the softest, most hydrated skin. It’s a game-changer. - Lauren
Coola’s Sunless Tanning for Face and Body, $42 and $48 - While I welcome the change of seasons as we transition into the colder months, I hate losing my summer glow. Luckily, Coola’s made two great products I’ve been using all fall. Both have great application tools to make it really easy to put on, the product doesn’t transfer at all, and you get the most beautiful, real-looking, golden brown tan from them that lasts for about a week with just one application which means the product lasts forever. -Candace
Ibiza Brush, $44 - My friend gave me this for my birthday this year, and I use it every single time I blow out my hair. There’s something about it that just gives my hair great shine, volume and smoothness. -Candace
Wet Brush Detangler - $15.27 - This brush has been a lifesaver for me! With a toddler running around, I don’t have time to mess with my hair. This glides right through immediately after the shower, so my hair air-dries perfectly. -Lauren
