It’s the week of Thanksgiving, so we’ll be taking this Thursday off on the blog, so we can be with family and friends. Because it’s Thanksgiving, a time for gratitude, and a time, I’ve found, for self-study, I recorded this week’s podcast on those two topics. From reading The Secret years ago, and then more recently You Are a Badass, I found that gratitude is the foundation for so much good, so I hope this podcast speaks to you and helps you lay the foundation for more gratitude and therefore more abundance in your life.

I stumbled across this podcast this week and was so inspired by the stories of finding purpose through service. In this episode I learned about Marley’s Mutts, a non-profit which rescues, rehabilitates, trains and re-homes dogs from kill shelters and pairs the rescued pups with incarcerated people for mutual rehabilitation and support.
This is such a relatable take on the daily grind and rushing in to yoga for a mental break. It’s also hilarious.
