Hope you all enjoyed a safe Memorial Day weekend. While Saturday was a literal wash due to all day rain, I had a really nice day Sunday outside, where we grilled, laid out reading, and while I treated myself to most of the day off, I did spend some time working on custom personal training programs.
On Monday, Dan and I did the Murph Wod, and then I spent time taking calls with one to one business coaching clients (you can DM me for info, I’m keeping it really small for now), and working on the blog.
I wanted to share some snaps from the weekend as well as what we have going on at Namaslay® Studios this week for the lineup, if you’re interested in practicing yoga or working out with us!

Wednesday, May 27, 5:30pm EST / 2:30pm PST - Forearm Stand Class with Candace - If you’re working on forearm stand, this hour long class will safely sequence to get you there. We’ll begin with core, glute and back activation, and then work our way through a flowy sequence to bring you into forearm stand. Sign up here.
Thursday, May 28, 4:30pm EST / 1:30pm PST - Timed Hiit Workout with Dan - This hour long class is the workout to do when you don’t want to think too hard and just want to go. Dan will have a timer, and the workout will be structured around specific times. The entire workout itself will take about 20 - 25 minutes, but this class also includes a core circuit, and a warm up and cool down. It doesn’t matter how slow or fast you go during the workout - so long as you keep moving and keep the integrity of the movement in mind. Friday, May 29, 12pm EST / 9am PST / 17:00 UK - Sculpt’n’Stretch with Candace -This hour long class will require a yoga block and a mini loop resistance band. We’ll start with a heart pumping sculpt class and finish with slow, juicy stretching. Sign up here.
Saturday, May 30, 10:30am EST / 15:30 UK - Glute Workout with Dan - This hour long Glute-focused class will activate all parts of the glutes, get your heart rate up, and focus on mind/body connection for mindful movement as you workout. You will need a yoga block for class. Sign up here.
