I created this video for my go-go-go people. I'm a go-go-go person about 90% of the time, and while I love being this way (I'm motivated! A self starter! Excited about life!), go-go-go people walk a fine line between being productive and being stressed the heck out. This is a quick and effective video that should help if you've been leaning towards the latter.
If you find yourself feeling stressed and anxious and are looking for a way to reconnect to yourself, calm down and re-center yourself, this video should do the trick. The yoga and breathing video starts with a pranayama exercise (a breathing exercise). I'll guide you through the breath-work which should help slow down your heart rate, calm your mind, and begin to ease stress. From there, we will do a little bit of movement to facilitate better breathing and help open up the lungs. It definitely isn't a long yoga practice with much movement to it, but I created this for people who are super busy and just want a quick way to help ease anxieties and stress.
