If you've been a YBCer® for a while, you know that we believe in variety when it comes to movement. In our experience, yogis should really focus on building strength in addition to maintaining their regular personal yoga practice. To help you with that, here is a fifteen minute full body yoga cool down or warm up that can be done before or after a workout, run, hike, or really any physical activity. You don't even need a yoga mat to do this. We'll begin by opening up through the side body, the arms, chest, shoulders, and then move into the hamstrings, hip flexors, inner thighs, and torso rotation. As always, work within a pain-free range, listen to your body, and take breaks as needed.
