One of the most frequent questions I get is whether we should practice yoga when we are sick. The answer is that it depends on who you ask. My advice would be to do what feels right. If you’re exhausted and run down and you know you probably just need to rest, then rest. But if you have a bit of energy and you want to move a little bit, then this gentle yoga video will be suitable. It’s also suitable for beginner yogis as well.
