For this video, we'll be doing a guided meditation in supported savasana with three yoga bolsters. These bolsters were generously donated to us from Sunshine Yoga - they're super high quality. I always recommend picking a rectangular bolster because there are so many different ways to use them. The top of the bolster has a handle so it's easy to carry and they've got a protective, machine washable cover so you can clean it easily. If you don't have three bolsters handy, just get creative at home. Use a couch cushion, blankets, thick towels - whatever works best!
From here, set up the props as shown and you'll come to lay back to support your back and arms. Then, get cozy and we'll move through this guided meditation that's about ten minutes long or so.
