Your weekly yoga video is live, and we are slowin' it down with a twenty minute stretching, hatha yoga style video. This is best for my beginners, or people who need to de-stress, or people who are looking to develop their flexibility.
We'll begin with a centering, and then stretch through the side body and neck and shoulder area before working on opening up tight hips. As always, and especially when looking to build flexibility, you'll want to focus on your breath. It's the most important part of this style of practice because it will help you to open up through any areas of tightness you're experiencing. Aim for full, deep breaths with inhales and exhales of equal length.
