A few weeks ago, I got word that in addition to amazon, my book Namaslay is now available for pre-order at Barnes and Noble and at a small, independent bookstore near you. As I was reflecting back on all the work it took to get to this point, and was reminded of a really funny moment when I was shooting in LA for photos for the book. I'd seen a picture on instagram I wanted to create, and so I gave it a go....
Totally nailed it
...but it didn't quite work out for me, as you can see. Holy flexibility, my friends! Since I've injured my upper body, I've spent the last few weeks focusing on hip opening, so maybe the next time I give this a try it'll be less laughable. Hahaha, hey I tried!
