Hey everyone! Today is my last day in Miami and then I'm off to Michigan! I'm up and at 'em early because I am shooting something so awesome with my friend and trainer James (the guy who's helped me so much with my nutrition/fitness transformation), and I know you guys are going to love it. In the meantime, here is a 20 minute gentle yoga stretch for people with tight legs. This is great for my Olympic lifters, for my people with tight low backs (back pain is often due to tight leg muscles), and my people who are seated most of the day....and let's be real, pretty much everyone else!
