With the New Year fast approaching, I thought it'd be appropriate to discuss what's going to go down on the YogaByCandace Official App for the month of January. Our app is free to download (here is it for iTunes and Google Play), and contains all of our YouTube videos well organized so you can take your yoga practice on the go. - Audio - Favorite things - the App edition.
