For some people, certain poses are anger-inducing in yoga. For me, it's this one. I may look comfortable in this picture, but it's all an illusion. This pose is seriously intense! Give it a try and you'll definitely feel it in your hamstring. Breathe five to seven deep breaths and then move on to the other side.
TIP: If you need to modify, do so by bending the front leg. It's more important to have the hips even than the legs straight. Also, this is shown with reverse prayer hands, but that's not advisable if you have wrist issues. To modify, just keep your arms long as your stretch them down toward the ground.
