Camel pose is one of my favorite poses. It stretches the entire front body and shoulders, thighs, and hip flexors and is great for someone who sits all day because it helps to open up the chest and improve posture. Suitable for almost everyone (if you're working with a back injury or neck issues, I'd steer clear of this pose), and beginners who aren't able to reach their heels can use a block (or stack of books) on the outside of each foot. Hope this helps!
