I discovered the benefits of blindfolded practice while in Thailand. It was such a beautiful experience- firstly because I got to wear my hysterical eye mask (ok that wasn't the top reason, but it was up there!), and also because I realized the mask helped me to go inward, shut out visual distractions and concentrate on a mediation in motion. The blindfolded practice was challenging, and continues to be, as I'm more wobbly than usual, but it is such a nice change up. If you haven't done a blindfolded practice, I urge you to try it out and see what comes of it. And then let me know how it goes!
