Friday's here! Yeah! What are your plans? Winter has officially arrived, so my husky is pumped, and I plan to spend a lot of the weekend hanging out in the snow with him. I also have a really exciting announcement that I hope I can share this weekend - stay in touch on Facebook for more.
Today's video is a 15 minute gentle flow to wake the body up. It's ideal for the morning, though it'd be good any time of the day for someone with arthritis or fibromyalgia, as it features wrist work and gentle stretching. I hope you enjoy.
