Disclosure: This post is brought to you by Reverence Apparel, a really cool company that makes yoga inspired graphic tops. They are silkscreened with rose quarts crystals with the intention to send each person who wears the top good vibes. I chose the Be A Hope Dealer because it just spoke to me. We all need more hope, no? While I was compensated for the post, all opinions - as always! - are my own.
I'm going to talk more about this towards the end of the month in what appears to be a monthly check-in of my fitness goals, but after my photoshoot was over, I kind of fell off my health kick. Sure enough, as soon as I got off track, annoying things started popping up like sleep problems, hormonal problems, and the constant progress from my training began to plateau. So I quickly dialed it in, and got back on the horse. It's been about three and a half weeks since I've been back in the game and I feel so much better. Like I said, I'm going to share what I've been doing differently in at the end of the month, but until then, I wanted to share a quick AMRAP (as many reps as possible) hiit workout that was so good I wanted to share with you here. It took less than 10 minutes but don't let the short time fool you! This workout will have you sweating like crazy.
