We're back with another acroyoga video! This one teaches throne pose, which builds upon the first video we did, so check that one out if you haven't already.
To come into throne pose (shown above), begin in bird pose which you'll learn in the first video. From there, the flyer will shift weight onto one hip and use core strength to bring the other leg in toward the body. The base will bend their leg, keeping their foot parallel with the other foot and align the toes with the inner seam of the flyer's thigh by the knee. The flyer will wrap the foot and shift weight into that leg before mirroring the same thing on the other side. To sit up, the base will bend the legs and let go of the flyer's hands. Hang out there for a while and then come out the same way you came in.
