Hello from Rome! I've just had the longest day. I literally walked from 9:30am until 6:45pm and I have what I refer to as "wedding day feet." All my married girlfrans know what I'm talking about - at the end of your wedding day when your feet are swollen from being on them and running around all day long? Blah, the worst!
Anyway! Today I'm popping by to bring you a 12 minute gentle yoga practice that I shot when I was needing to get creative with my ankle sprain when creating content. I used an ottoman I've had since grad school and while it might not work with our new couch, I've been using it as a seat at a little hutch we picked up a few weeks ago. (I'll share photos of our new place when it's all finished.) Anyway, the ottoman works perfectly for a gentle yoga routine, too, and I hope you'll use what you have and enjoy it as well!
