We're back with another hiit workout video! Hiit style workouts are a big favorite of mine because I find them to be incredibly effective and I love that they don't last forever, which means the torture is somewhat bearable, haha.
In this hiit workout we are going to be doing three rounds of twenty reps of three movements. Wait, that sounds nuts. Let me rephrase. We will do three movements twenty times, and then repeat the whole thing three times. Still confused? Just follow along with the video. :)
The first movement will be a double under, for which you'll obviously need a jumprope. If you don't have a jumprope you could do 20 jumping jacks instead.
The second movement will be Russian twists. You can do these alone or with a weighted med ball or a cork yoga block (they're a bit heavier).
The last movement is in and out jumping squats. These are killer for your legs!
