Oh, the core. The lovely core. I am positive I am not alone when I say that core sequences generally make me want to run for the hills, but core strength is such a good way to prevent injury and deepen the yoga practice that I force myself to work on it.
Today I'm sharing a good boat pose sequence. My beginner peeps should do the whole sequence with the legs bent as shown. My intermediate and advanced people should do it as shown in 1-4. However you do it, intent for the arms to be strong, and plug the arms into the torso. This will help keep the back nice and long and the chest lifted. If you need a refresher, just check your alignment in boat pose first.
