Ok, people! Week 1 of the 31 Day Balance Project is under your belt and now it's time to delve a little deeper!
This week we're adding a little more meditation. We begin with some guided practices and then towards the end of the week we move into silent meditation on our own. The biggest thing here is to let go of expectations for how you think it should be. Let go of the "should" and just let the breathing do its work. Let your thoughts be quiet, and if/when thoughts come to you, just let them go without paying any attention to them.
