Arm balances are so much fun and they're the subject of my favorite yoga workshop to lead. In this video, I created a 23 minute arm balance yoga class that explores crow pose, headstand, forearm stand and handstand. I know that arm balances can be a bit intimidating, especially if you're somewhat new to yoga. If that's the case, I definitely recommend at least watching the video just so that when you do have the strength, you'll know where you'll be able to take your practice.
