It's pretty obvious by all my gym posts that I enjoy working out. Weightlifting, running, spinning, elliptical - I'm all for it. But there's nothing like a good, sweaty yoga practice. It does something for me that even the best gym sesh can't.
Today's video is a 30 minute power yoga vinyasa flow. This includes one of my least favorite yoga poses, locust. Locust pose challenges the back body muscles. It shows up around the nine minute mark, so it's really important to warm up before you start this video.
