I am so glad it's Friday! It's been a really long and stressful week, so I'm looking forward to welcoming the weekend by sleeping in, finding a new book to read (I just finished this one - do you have any recs?) and maybe catching a movie. You know, lazy days (aka the best days).
Today's video is a 25 minute relaxing yoga video. I meant it as a cool down to one of the power practices, but it can definitely just be done on its own if you're looking for something gentle. It's got a focus on hip opening, so if you're feeling stiff, this one's for you. Hope you enjoy!
