In today's yoga class on YouTube, we've got a vinyasa flow sequence. We'll begin with a centering to help you connect with your breath. I teach a quick guide for how to do the ujjayi breath, which is the style of breathing you'll want to practice throughout the yoga flow. From here we move into cat cow poses, then move into downward facing dog, then go into warrior 1 and do a little chest and front body opening. As we continue with the vinyasa, we do some back strengthening, and then slowly come into a savasana to rest and let the body absorb all the good things we just did.
