It's Friday and in Connecticut, the morning was grey and foggy. Not exactly the most ideal time to do yoga, but I felt really good once I had a dance party for one to warm up. This is a 15 minute yoga sequence that's designed to open up the chest and shoulders - something we probably all need to do because let's be real, none of us have perfect posture.
