Yoga Tip: Go With the Flow

Here's a three minute sun salute variation I put together this morning. Do not go into it cold- make sure you're warmed up! Most suitable for someone with a little more yoga experience, but beginners should feel free to give it a go - just remember to work within a pain-free range.

PS: A couple other videos below (or you could subscribe to my YouTube Channel to check out my other videos and be updated when anything new posts). Have a wonderful weekend!

Yoga Tip: For the Morning

Here's a short morning routine you can do to awaken the body, open the heart and start your day off on the right foot. :) It's suitable for all levels and is about 10 minutes long. Hope you enjoy! Have a wonderful weekend!

Yoga Tip: Yoga for the Back

Here's a ten minute video I put together to release tension and strengthen the back muscles. Hope you enjoy!

Yoga Video: 15 Min Afternoon Yoga

Originally this video was just under 20 minutes and I was really pleased with it, but then I went to upload it to YouTube and found out I was allowed exactly 15 minutes. Bummer. I had to cut out some of the most important stuff: setting the foundation for tadasana, and talking you into savasana, so apologies for that. Also, towards the end the video goes completely blank but you can still hear me talk. Not sure why that happened but the poses at that point are self explanatory I think.

The music here is Opening the gates by Drala,Trouble's what you're in by Fink, and Near light by Olafur Arnalds. Check out more music posts here, here and here

Hope you enjoy!

Video: Vinyasa w/Abs & Warriors

Here's a six minute vinyasa with abs & warrior variations I made. Next time I do a video I'll have to remember to go slowly because when I do the voice recording over it I feel like I'm going so fast! Ah well, I'll remember for next time.
