Woo, it's Fri-yay! It's been a long week for us so we're doing a little work this morning and then we were going to skip off to the beach for a little day-cation, but I feel like I'm coming down with something (can I catch a break?!) I took some oil of oregano after reading about its magical healing properties and will report back.

Insecurities: Should I wear shorts?

Confession: I used to be pretty insecure about my legs. I'm really short (barely 5'1'') so I always felt like cellulite was more noticeable on my short and stubby legs, and therefore never liked to wear shorts or knee-length leggings because I thought 7/8 leggings or full leggings were more flattering. The only time I would ever really wear shorts was to Bikram yoga because let's be honest, everyone in the room is approximately this close to death and I knew no one had the energy to even glance my way, never mind see my silly insecurities.

Athletic wear can be expensive and I've tried enough brands to feel like "you get what you pay for" really rings true. I'm picky about athletic wear. I like the materials to have a certain feel, the stitching needs to be just so, the piece needs to hold up wash after wash, and I like certain thing cut certain ways. But I hate paying full price for anything, so I thought I'd share some pieces I am really liking lately that are currently on sale.

I have a tough time with bras, so when I find a good one, I tend to stock up. My problem is that I have a small torso size but a bigger cup size and I can rarely find anything that fits me perfectly. I thought I'd share a few of the things I look for when shopping for sports bras, and I'd love to hear what you look for down in the comments!
