Hey everyone! Whew, I can't believe it's Thursday! Where did this week go?! I came back from Morocco on Sunday and have been working on getting my feet back on the ground here at the office ever since. I feel like I haven't made a dent! The good news is that all the subscription box products are arriving this week and I cannot wait for them to ship out! The bad news is that because all the products are arriving it looks like a bomb went off in my office! :)

Anyway today I wanted to share some photos from the first part of my trip in Sifnos, Greece. We held two yoga retreats, one right after another.

Hey friends! This afternoon I'm sharing a guest post from YBC Ambassador Amber Gebhardt. Garden of Life invited YBC to a Bloggers' Summit in West Palm Beach but since I was in Europe and Lauren is moving out to Colorado, we sent Amber. I've known Amber for years (she used to be a student of mine when I was a Spanish teacher!) and she's really into fitness and health, so I knew she'd be the perfect ambassador. Ah! Can't believe we were just in beautiful Costa Rica just a week ago! Such incredible people, weather, food, and things to do! I had a wonderful time and I think the retreat participants did as well! We started our week off in the jungle and visited La Fortuna for a zipline tour and a horseback ride at the base of the Arenal Volcano.

Well hello from my couch. If you've been following along on instagram, you know I had an eventful weekend. I went into New York City for a number of fun yoga related events, psyched for a chance to really start working on my spring goals, one of which is to deepen my personal practice. I can't believe that just a week ago I was in beautiful Miami and swimming in the ocean and today I am cozied up in sweatpants with a cup of broth at my desk trying to keep warm. Today I'm reminiscing on a great trip with a truly awesome group of people and thought I'd share some pictures.
