Favorite Things: January

This month and the one prior - actually who am I kidding, this whole year - has been filled with travel. I'm currently in Miami and next week I'll be in LA. And we're in talks to do a retreat in April (can't wait to share details soon!). So with that in mind, I guess it only makes sense that these three picks for this month's Favorite Things are all great for someone who travels frequently.

YBC Favorite Things - Episode 6

Hello from gorgeous Miami. I am a little bit in love with this town. This morning I spent an hour by the beach - no one around - just soaking up the sun and a quick dip or two in the ocean. I am such a weirdo about the ocean. Our body absorbs 60% of what we put on it (which is why certain things like magnesium and gaba are best absorbed through the skin), so when I read that ocean and lake water has a bunch of minerals and are amazing for the body, that was all I needed to justify my love of the water. I jump in and imagine my body soaking up all the goodness. Who knows if it's actually true, haha, but I like to think so. Anyway!

Today I'm popping through with this month's episode of Favorite Things.

I can't believe we are already in the middle of September! Where did summer go?! Ah well, there's something really nice about the back to school season - it feels like a great time of year to start something new, and I always feel inspired when fall rolls around.

Favorite Things - Episode 3

Happy Friday, friends! We're ending this week with a bang - just had a meeting with a book publisher and I'm so excited about what might be in works! Stay tuned!
