Disclaimer: This video is brought to you in part by SoBro Guest House, who generously hosted me while I was in Nashville for our workshop.
I was in Nashville last weekend for our workshop, which was so much fun. I love meeting YBCers in person, and I'm so thankful to all who joined us. We just announced our fall Namaslay 2.0 Yoga Workshop tour dates, so if you can make it, I'd love to meet you on the mat!
One of the other things I loved about my quick stay in Nashville was the SoBro Guest House, where I stayed. It's not a typical hotel, as they are small apartments, which I loved. They're fully equipped with kitchens and laundry right in the apartment which are both such huge perks. We saved money by making our own breakfasts (and SoBro Guest House even had someone come and stock our fridge ahead of time!), and I was thrilled to do laundry the night before we left, so I came home with clean clothing! One less thing I have to do when I get home, you know?!
Anyway, I shot this video outside in their patio area on Sunday before I took off. I created this gentle hip opening and shoulder opening practice figuring that it would feel especially good for anyone who wakes up feeling kind of stiff through the body. As always, be gentle with yourself, and work within a pain-free range. I hope you enjoy!!
