The last two days of the April project are here and today we're shooting for May! I'm excited for you all to see what we have in store! How has the project been going for you all? Are you noticing some improvement? It's been kind of a bust for me since I've been traveling a lot this month and then sustained an ankle injury (which is getting much better each day, so that's great news). I'll probably have to revisit the ol' hips project later this summer when my schedule isn't so nuts, but until then I'll do what I can and let that be enough. As an aside, I'm really happy with the progress of my scorpion pose, which I guess could be considered an improvement in the hips.
