This pose is always a class favorite. It's kind of weird to get into, which is why the video below may be helpful, but it feels so good once you're there. It's particularly beneficial to people who have tight chests and shoulders. My advice for that group of people is to move super slow, and really listen to your body. I wouldn't force it or try to move too quickly. Deep breaths and hanging out wherever feels best is the way to go.
