At the beginning of the year, we unveiling Namaslay® Studios Online, a place where you can practice virtually at Namaslay® Studios, our studio in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Every month, you get brand new content, plus the continued access to past months’ content. All of our videos are full yoga, workout and pranayama or guided meditation classes, so there’s a lot each month!
In March, I’m excited to debut our first full Namaslay® Sculpt Class. It’s offered for Premium Subscribers, so be sure to check it out. Also this month, both Basic and Premium subscribers are getting a 60 minute vinyasa practice, and I’m sharing the first 30 minutes in today’s video down below. As always, you’ll want to move in a pain-free range, and really try to link breath with movement for the ultimate flowy style practice. Remember that vinyasa is not like hatha yoga, which is slower, and not like restorative yoga or yin yoga, which is super slow. Instead, this is a more athletic, movement-based, dynamic class, excellent for awakening fascia, the muscles and instilling a feel-good mindset. Hope you enjoy!
